servo issue
« on: March 01, 2017, 09:37:25 PM »

hi guys im running a set of 3 futaba  bls451 on cyclic and one servo seems to be more sensitive to mòvement oppose to the other 2 and also when you lean on that particular servo when powered up it has more spring?  throw away ? or is there a simple fix ? not familiar with a broken servo other than gears.
thanks for any help

Have they previously been repaired/are they second hand? There may be a chance that the gears have been replaced with one with either more or less teeth, depending on which was replaced. That is the only thing I can think of...

those futaba bls servos are crap mate,  i had so much trouble with that model i tossed them in the bin and grabed a set of towerpro servos from hobby king.    cost me $15 for the set of 3 servos and havn,t had an issue in the last 2 years.   oh these servos are in my new 90 sized gaui x7.

Is this Red Dot back again for a 3rd/4th attempt? I dunno what you mean but the BLS451 is the best 6V servo available, I have had a bunch over the years with zero issues.

451's probably have the best reputation in the industry for being reliable servos.
